It has become more and more difficult to choose a present, so a gift voucher to be used either in our online sugarcraft shop or for mail order cakes is certainly something different. We believe that a gift should not only be edible and come from the heart, it should touch the heart!

Purchasing Gift Vouchers
You can buy your gift voucher just like any other product online, using either Google check-out or PayPal. When purchased, the value of the gift voucher will be credited to your personal gift voucher account. This will automatically pop up in the shopping basket box. Then follow the link to the page where you will be guided on how to send the gift voucher to anyone of your choice via email from our website.
Sending Gift Vouchers
Please go to the send a gift voucher page, then fill in the following very important information. 1) The name of the recipient of the gift voucher. 2) The email address of the recipient. 3) The amount you wish to send. (Please note that you don’t have to use the entire balance in your account on one transaction.)
Please make sure that you have entered all the necessary information correctly.
Receiving Gift Vouchers
When you receive a gift voucher by email, it will state the details of who sent you the gift voucher with perhaps a short message from the benefactor. The email will also show the gift voucher code number - then if you click on the link that we have sent you within the email, you will be sent immediately to the ‘redeem your gift voucher’ page on the Confetti and Spice website. You will be asked to create an account. After this, the gift voucher is then validated and the value will be credited to your account for your use.
Paying With Your Gift Voucher
When you get to checkout and are asked for a payment method, simply enter your gift voucher code in the box provided and click on the redeem button. The code will then be validated and credited to your gift voucher account. You can then spend the amount on the sugarcraft shop or the mail order cakes.
