You will learn:

• To decorate a variety of 6 cupcakes
• Technique of making quick chocolate ganache
• How to make luxurious vanilla and strawberry frostings
• Pipping various frostings and teaching technique
• Technique of dipping your cupcakes in melted fondant icing or piped with cream cheese frosting.
• Decorate and make edible sugarpaste flowers such as roses, sunflowers, daisies, hats and handbags.  

The school will provide all the ingredients, tools and equipment required for the course. All tools must be returned at the end of the class.The shop will stock everything you will have used and can be purchased only on that day at 10%Discount.
