- Baking 12 Strawberry cupcakes and how to make strawberry frosting
- The baking essentials that you will require for beautiful and successful baking every time!
- how to mix and make a madeira or chocolate sponge cake moist and to rise evenly.
- Advice for the best equipment, to achieve the best cake mixture
- You will learn how to make delicious buttercream, using vanilla pods and cream cheese, chocolate ganache and the use of sugar syrup.
- How to fill and cover your sponge with a thick coat of ganache, like on the continent!
- The school will provide all the ingredients, tools and equipment required for the course. All tools must be returned at the end of the class. The store will stock everything you will have used and can be purchased only on that day at 10% Discount.
- you can take a confetti and spice apron home with you along with all your baked goodies
