In this two day course you will learn how to decorate with a 10 inch Madeira (Victoria) sponge or chocolate cake with and 8 inch / and 6 inch dummies for the top two tiers
What will you learn:
- How to recreate this cake
- How to layer a sponge cake
- How to make luxurious vanilla buttercream
- How to crumb ice the cake
- How to cover with sugar paste to achieve a smooth and professional finish
- How to make these sugar suger roses, calla lillies and jasmine
- Decorate using grass bears
- How to use dowels
- How to stack your cake
The school will provide all the ingredients, tools and equpment required for the course. All tools must be returned at the end of the class. The store will stock everything you will have used and can be purchased only on that day at 10% Discount.
