SALE OR RETURN
We understand that it may be sometimes difficult to choose the right products. However, we regret that sale or return can only be offered by previous agreement. Goods must be returned within 7 days of immediate receipt and notification to cancel must be sent by email, letter or fax, (not telephone) stating the reasons for the return. We must receive the items within 14 days and the goods must be unused, boxed quantities and be in fully resalable condition. The condition of the goods remains your responsibility until we take delivery. The cost of returning goods cancelled will be borne by you and there will be a 20% restocking and handling fee borne by you. Please note: there will be no refunds on personalised items or ribbons cut to specification. Non-stocked orders are not refundable. Items correctly supplied as ordered cannot be returned for credit. The right to return does not extend to any food items whether open or unopened. We reserve the right to adjust our prices without prior notice. When returning goods please include your name, address and invoice no. Placing an order confirms accepting all of the above terms. If you follow the above criteria you will be entitled to a refund under the consumer protection distance selling Act 2000.
Delivery of goods ordered will be despatched on the same day using our express courier service provided it meets three criteria:
1) The order must be placed by 12 noon.
2) Stock is available.
3) The delivery address is a UK address.
We aim to despatch goods on the same or next working day so you can have them as soon as possible. During peak periods this may take longer – 4/5 working days. We despatch goods Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 8a.m. – 5.30p.m. We cannot send alcohol, knives or blade items unless we receive proof that you are over the age of 18. We cannot send by post any flammable goods (like food sprays) by law. We cannot deliver to Europe or the rest of the world – this service is currently unavailable.

Payment can be made through World Pay, Paypal and Google Checkout. We accept credit card and debit card payments: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Electron, Maestro.
